The present Abuse Policy (the "Policy") establishes the conduct standards every person using the Codi Telec platform is expected to meet. It identifies which behavior is treated as abusive, harmful, or forbidden, sets out what happens when the rules are broken, and outlines the way abuse reports are processed. Anyone who accesses or uses Codi Telec undertakes to observe this Policy in full at all times. Non-compliance can lead to the suspension of an account, its permanent closure, and referral of the matter to the relevant legal authorities.
A safe, even-handed, and respectful environment for every user is something Codi Telec is dedicated to upholding. The purpose of this Policy is to protect the platform's integrity, the wellbeing of our community, and the interests of every legitimate investor.

3. Reporting Security Vulnerabilities Responsibly
Security is a matter Codi Telec regards with the utmost seriousness. Should you come across a possible security vulnerability, defect, or weak point in our systems, we urge you to disclose it to us responsibly rather than making use of it.
Security issues should be sent straight to our security team at [email protected], using "Security Vulnerability Report" as the subject line. Your message should cover:
- A thorough account of the vulnerability together with how you came across it
- The steps needed to reproduce the problem
- The damage the vulnerability could do if it were exploited
- Any corroborating material, such as screenshots or logs (obtained without exploiting the vulnerability any further)
We undertake to confirm receipt of every valid security report within 72 hours and to collaborate openly with researchers until confirmed issues are fixed. No enforcement measures under this Policy will be taken against users who disclose vulnerabilities in good faith. Whether any responsible disclosure qualifies for a reward, and what that reward is, remains entirely at the discretion of Codi Telec.
4. Making an Abuse Report
Should you observe, be subjected to, or have grounds to suspect abuse of any kind on the Codi Telec platform, we ask that you tell us without delay. Every report stays confidential and receives a thorough examination by our compliance and security teams.
Abuse reports may be submitted to us using any of the channels below:
- Email: [email protected] with the subject line "Abuse Report"
- Phone: +1781-318-3223 (reachable during business hours)
- Address: 16909 Burke St Ste. 121, Omaha, NE 68118, USA
Kindly make your report as detailed as you can, and be sure to cover:
- What kind of abuse occurred, along with an account of the incident itself
- When it happened — the date and time — plus any account details that bear on the matter
- Any corroborating material, for instance screenshots, transaction IDs, or logs of messages
- How we can reach you, should our team need to follow up
We do accept reports submitted anonymously, but leaving contact details lets us look into the matter more thoroughly and update you on what we find.
5. How Investigations Are Conducted
Whenever an abuse report reaches us, or our internal monitoring flags questionable activity, Codi Telec opens a formal investigation that proceeds through the stages set out below:
- Acknowledgement: receipt of every report is confirmed within 72 hours
- Preliminary review: an initial assessment by our compliance team weighs how serious and how credible the reported matter is
- Evidence collection: pertinent account data, transaction logs, records of communications, and technical details are collected and examined
- Escalation: matters that may involve criminal conduct, regulatory breaches, or substantial financial harm go to senior compliance officers and, when necessary, to the appropriate authorities
- Resolution: enforcement measures are applied in line with what the investigation establishes
- Communication: whenever it is feasible and suitable to do so, the party who reported the matter is told how the investigation concluded
Confidentiality is preserved rigorously by Codi Telec at every stage of an investigation, and we withhold the identity of anyone who submits a report unless they clearly consent or the law obliges us to disclose it.
6. Measures We May Enforce
Any enforcement measure Codi Telec applies will be proportionate to how serious the violation was, how often it occurred, and what effect it had. The measures available include, though are not restricted to:
- Formal warning: given for lesser or first-time breaches, together with plain guidance on what must be put right
- Temporary account restriction: access to certain platform features is curtailed while an investigation or corrective step is pending
- Account suspension: all activity on the account is halted for the duration of an active investigation
- Permanent account termination: the account is closed for good in cases of grave, repeated, or malicious breaches
- Fund freezing: money in the account is held, whether for a period or indefinitely, where legal, regulatory, or investigative duties demand it
- Legal referral: established criminal conduct is reported to the appropriate law enforcement agencies, financial regulators, or other competent authorities
- Civil action: civil remedies are pursued for losses arising from abusive conduct, including the recovery of costs and damages
Codi Telec may impose any mix of the measures above simultaneously and with no advance notice whenever prompt action is needed to safeguard the platform, the people using it, or the soundness of an investigation under way.
7. Appealing a Decision
A user who considers that enforcement action was applied to their account mistakenly is entitled to lodge a formal appeal. An appeal is begun as follows:
- Write to our compliance team at [email protected], using "Account Appeal" as the subject line
- State your full name, the email address on the account, and your account ID
- Set out plainly the reasons you consider the enforcement action to have been mistaken
- Enclose any documentation or evidence that lends weight to your appeal
Every appeal is examined by a senior member of Codi Telec's compliance team who played no part in the original enforcement decision. Our target is to reply to each appeal within 10 business days. Whatever the appeal process determines is final and binding.
8. Violations We Never Tolerate
An absolute zero-tolerance approach applies at Codi Telec to certain types of abuse. Where these arise, no warning is issued beforehand and no appeal will be entertained. Violations in this category comprise:
- Laundering money, financing terrorism, or engaging in anything connected with organized crime
- Knowingly exploiting security vulnerabilities to make money or to inflict harm
- Presenting falsified identity documents or posing as somebody else
- Making threats of violence, or engaging in extortion or blackmail, against Codi Telec personnel or other users
- Mounting coordinated attacks on the platform's infrastructure with the aim of causing serious disruption or financial loss
- Any conduct that places the safety or security of other users in immediate jeopardy
Wherever a zero-tolerance case arises, Codi Telec will close the account at once, place a hold on any associated funds while legal review takes place, and pass all pertinent information to the appropriate law enforcement and regulatory bodies.
9. Monitoring of the Platform
Abusive behavior, questionable activity, and possible breaches of policy are picked up by the ongoing automated and human monitoring that Codi Telec operates. That monitoring comprises:
- Live oversight of transactions to catch irregular patterns or anomalies
- Analysis of behavior that flags account activity out of keeping with ordinary use
- Device fingerprinting and IP tracking used to uncover the abuse of multiple accounts
- Screening of communications to pick up threatening or abusive wording during support interactions
- Routine security audits and penetration tests conducted by independent specialists
Your use of the Codi Telec platform signifies your agreement to such monitoring, which is essential to maintaining the platform's security, our regulatory compliance, and a sound trading environment for everyone.
10. Changes to This Policy
This Abuse Policy may be revised, updated, or superseded by Codi Telec whenever shifts in how the platform operates, in the law, in regulatory duties, or in the threat landscape make that necessary. Where changes are material, registered users will be informed by email or via a prominent notice displayed on the platform. Should you go on using the platform once an updated Policy has been published, you thereby accept the revised terms.
